OA Optimism is a website featuring a self management program for knee and hip osteoarthritis (OA). The site features easy-to-understand videos about OA, why it hurts, and self-management strategies, including exercise videos.
- Low Back Pain: The low back pain videos are based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Low Back Pain Pain
- Neck Pain: The neck pain videos are based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Neck Pain Associated with Whiplash and Associated Disorders (2016).
- Shoulder Pain: The shoulder pain videos are based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Shoulder Pain.
